This place has some of the best hand pulled noodles ever. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. Everything is made by hand in house and the owner was super chill and just started bringing me out his best sellers. I got to try their lamb skewers, pork rou jia muo, liang pi, tomato onion beef mixed noodle, and beef board noodles. Not usually a lamb eater but these were really well seasoned and cuminy with good charbroiled flaves and wasn’t too gamey. A bit tough tho. The rou jia muo had a good amount of super juicy, savory, flavorful, umami meat all on a chewy bagel like bread. The Laing pi had thicker noodles than what I’m used to but they were super fun and bouncy. They were slightly vinegary and nutty from the sesame oil and had plenty of crunchy bean sprouts some cucumber and gluten. The mixed noodles were super chewy had crunchy bell peppers, onions, tomato and beef and was super flavorful and savory. The beef board noodles had wider noodles but were equally as awesomely chewy and bouncy even tho it was soaking up all the savory, slightly spicy, Chinese tea slash herby flavored broth it was in. Could use a bit more meat tho. Everything is super fresh, made to order, and

The handmade noodles are amazing.... Probably the best one we've tried. Owner/staff were patient to explain different dishes to us. Will return for sure!

Have to disagree with most of the reviews here. Thought the whole grilled fish was their specialty. Came and ordered just that. Fish wasn't even fresh. They admit it was frozen. It was half submerged in sauce that tasted pretty sad. No red chili's, sesame seeds and didn't look like the picture at all. Was the worst tasting grilled fish I've had. Spoke to owner who said the fish was in fact not their specialty. Ordered a Shaanxi noodle dish instead which is supposed to be their specialty. It was greasy and din'y taste good.
